Yellow Economic Circle 黃店經濟圈
This and the last posts were in February 11th when we went to Plato Cafe Bistro under friends recommendation. Personally, being in the “Yellow Economic Circle” list doesn’t guarantee the food or product is spectacular. If anything, they are usually smaller sized businesses, and without the large funds of a mega corporation and the manpower to mass produce, their products can be surprise-inducing. For better or for worse.
This was one good surprising restaurant that I’ve tried recently.
Lobster bisque soup, not bad.
Finally ended with a mint hot chocolate. There’s the option to add a character marshmallow for $18. Sounds a tad expensive…
Their large yellow signs at the door, announce “Due to infections, we are only serving Hong Kong citizens, and are unable to serve mainland travelers at this moment. Medical and nursing personnel have half price discount.”
